N.J. man killed in hit-and-run crash. Police still seeking driver.

A pedestrian was killed last week in a hit-and-run crash in South Jersey and police are still searching for the driver who left him for dead.
The 58-year-old man, who was not identified, was hit around 7:20 p.m. Friday in Hammonton near the intersection of South White Horse Pike and Lakeview Avenue, according to the Hammonton Police Department. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car that was seen leaving the scene was a white 2013-15 BMW 328, four-door sedan with front end damage. One of the headlights or fog lights was damaged, investigators said. The car was last seen traveling east on White Horse Pike.
Anyone with information on the crash or who had seen a vehicle matching that description was asked contact the department at 609-561-4000.
